Delivery

We use Royal Mail standard or parcel postage and charged based on the weight of the item.
The prices shown on our website do not include the cost of delivery. Our delivery costs vary according to the weight of your order. The prices are set as best as possible due to the new format of posting by weight it is very difficult to set the correct postage as some items are lighter or heavier than others. If you think the postage for your items is to high please email me before completing checkout and I will adjust postage as needed and send you a separate invoice. Please do not just leave your items in the cart.
All items are sent by using appropriate protective packaging. But as we all know things do get lost in the post so do not worry I do get proof of postage and if the worst happens and the item is lost or damaged then I will be here to help.

Order processing time & Shipping

Once you have purchased your items, your goods will be dispatched within 48 hours of cleared funds (two working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays) and purchases are sent via Royal Mail standard post
Any delays will be notified via email.

Payment we accept the following payments

1. Credit/Debit Card.
2. Pay pal Checkout or Google Checkout
3. Payment by cheque / postal order (made out to S.W.Noble) and sent to S.W.Noble, 39 Auckland Ave, Ramsgate, Kent CT12 6JA
4. Bank transfer (For details on Bank Transfer please email magicladycrafts@tiscali.co.uk or telephone 01843 594654)

PLEASE NOTE: For cheques and Bank transfer all orders will be processed upon clearance of f monies

Returns

If any item arrives faulty or damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt via email. Once we have accepted the item for return. All items are checked before dispatch, to avoid damaged or faulty items being sent.
We can not refund any item(s) that are returned to us in used condition, broken without original box, manuals and or accessories.


Refund Policy

We want you to enjoy our products which is why we offer a no quibble refund policy.
If you want to return any product for any reason you can do so within 10 days and we will provide a full refund of the cost of the item.
Please contact us first by e-mail at magicladycrafts@tiscali.co.uk if the error is ours we will also return postage costs.
All we ask is that the product is in a saleable condition upon return to us. If you are returning products please ensure they are safely packaged and you obtain a certificate of postage (free from any post office).
If returning after 10 days we will provide a gift certificate to the value of the product returned (again provided it is in saleable condition) for you to use on any item from our web site
This does not affect your statutory rights.
