1. Delivery Charges UK & Overseas
Shipping costs are  based on weight with a low starting price of £1.99  and upwards according to weight. If you are not sure what a postage price would be for you item please email or phone us for information. Shipping costs listed are for Uk deliverys only if you require overseas shipping please email me for prices and if you agree I will send you a seperate invoice.

2.Is there a minimum order 
We do not have a minimum order value, but we do have a minimum postage charge of £1.99 so we suggest that maybe you use that to your advantage.

 3. Ordering
Ordering from Magic Lady Crafts couldn't be easier just browse through the store and click on the items you wish to buy and add them to the shopping cart. To view what is in your shopping cart click on 'VIEW BASKET' when you are happy with the items click ‘CHECKOUT’ and choose your 'PAYMENT METHOD' (see payment methods below) You will be asked to a few details so we can process your order. If you change your mind about your purchases please do not leave them in the basket as this does tend to clog up the system.

4, Payment Methods
Please choose from one of the four easy payment methods shown below by selecting the payment button of your choice and following the easy step by step instructions.

Google Checkout
1. When you've finished shopping and are ready to pay, click on the Google Checkout button.
2. Sign in with your Google Checkout username and password. If you don't already have a Google Checkout account, you can create one. This will be the only time you need to enter your details.
3. Confirm your delivery and payment information with a simple click on the 'Place your order now' button, you can also decide at this point whether or not you want to receive promotional emails from this store.
4. Once you've completed your order you can continue shopping. You can track the progress of your order in your Google Checkout account.

Paypal
Click on the checkout button which will take you to the Pay Pal Button. You can make payment via the popular Paypal, with either a credit/debit card or direct with funds from your paypal account. Just click on the Paypal button and follow the instructions

Other Payment methods  Payment by cheque/ postal order (made out to S.W.Noble) Click on checkout then pay by cheque button to find out where to send. 4. Bank Transfer (For details on Bank Transfer please email me or telephone 01843 594654) PLEASE NOTE: For cheques and Bank transfer all orders will be processed upon clearance of funds

5.Delivery 
Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail and we aim to dispatch all orders within 36hrs but please note some items are to large to stock and have to be ordered in and can take up to 28 working days for delivery if this is the case this will be posted in the item description. If you need something urgently please check with us before buying

6. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to enjoy our products which is why we offer a no quibble refund or exchange policy. If you want to return any product for any reason you can do so within 10 days and we will provide a full refund of the cost of the item. Please contact us first by e-mail at magicladycrafts@tiscali.co.uk if the error is ours we will also return postage costs. All we ask is that the product is in a saleable condition upon return to us. If you are returning products please ensure they are safely packaged and you obtain a certificate of postage (free from any post office). After 10 days we will provide a gift certificate to the value of the product returned (again provided it is in saleable condition) for you to use on any item from Magic Lady Crafts This does not affect your statutory rights.
