My son is a big Thomas The Tank Engine fan and has loads of Thomas related toys and DVD's so when I spotted the Thomas The Tank Engine Aquadraw mat I had to get it for him. When my parcel arrive my son helped me unpack the box., Inside the box there was a large sized plastic mat (90 cm by 105cm) which was white in the middle and had a 3 inch border around the edges which had pictures of Thomas the Tank Engine, grass and the sky printed on it. As well as the mat there was also a fairly chunky Aquadraw pen, a train track roller and a Thomas the Tank Engine Train. I cleared a space on the living room floor and set the mat out & filled the pen and roller up and put the two AA batteries into the Thomas the Tank train. The pen and roller are easily filled up by screwing the top of them off and filling them to the top with tap water before screwing the lids back onto them. I The Pen is used to draw pictures or to write onto the Aquadraw mat. The best thing about the pen is that if the kids mark anything else it doesn’t mark.The Track Roller works in the same way as the pen but prints a track onto the mat as its rolled along. The Thomas engine follows the tracks made by the roller and if the tracks are made thick enough the engine will make a peep peep noise. This Aquadraw mat has kept my son occupied for ages and was really worth the money as once dry the colours fade so the mat can be used over and over again. I found the mat can be easily cleaned if it got grubby
